How to Order
Postage Costs for Prints & Cards – UK Orders
Postage rates are calculated by the total value of your order and the following rates apply:
- £0.01 to £9.99 – £2.25
- £10.00 to £19.99 – £3.25
- £20.00 to £39.99 – £4.75
- £40.00 to £49.99 – £6.50
- £50.00 to £100.00 – £7.75
Please email for rates on orders over £100.00.
£5.50 p & p applies to Shoreham Power Station which is an A2 print.
Express Orders
Last minute… need something sent in a hurry, give us a call and we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order on time.
International Orders
Please email for details of postage and packaging to Europe and the rest of the world. We will issue an invoice stating the correct postage for your area and country.
Sales & Delivery
Payments are handled by PayPal. When you click ‘pay’ at the PayPal checkout you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated, including the postage and packaging charges that apply to your purchase. Prices indicated beside each individual product do not include Postage & Packing – this is added at checkout.
Your order will usually be despatched within 3 working days. Should you require an item urgently contact Sussex Prints to check stock and delivery times. If there are any problems with your order Sussex Prints will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. If you do not want to order through the website or want to pay by cheque please call or email Sussex Prints to make arrangements.
Cancellation of Orders / Returns
Under consumer protection legislation you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from this website, or the goods are found to be damaged. To cancel an order, please contact Sussex Prints any time from placing the order to 7 working days after receipt of the goods. Customers must take reasonable care when returning items to ensure that they are securely packaged and clearly addressed. Please also obtain a certificate of posting. Sussex Prints can not be held liable for items lost or damaged in the post. Returns are sent at customer’s expense. In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty return costs will be refunded. Always use the least expensive method of returning faulty items. Once Sussex Prints have received and verified the returned item Sussex Prints will initiate a refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Data Protection
We guarantee to use any information you give us for the purpose of dealing with your order or mailing news to you about events in which Sussex Prints is participating only. We will not pass any of your details to any third party for any reason. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by emailing or telephoning Sussex Prints.
